Used Duriron Recessed Plate Filter Press. (96) Recessed plates. Plates 32" X 32". Center feed. Open delivery. Hydraulic closing device. Automatic plate shifter. Control panel. Approximately 1026 square foot surface filtration area. Approximately 40 cubic foot cake capacity. Item 11200-007.

Used 3362 Gallon Vertical Viatec ResinFab Tank. Model OV963362. Flat top. Dished bottom. Provision for 6 pipe legs. Center bottom outlet. Inner Layer Atlac 400. Structural layer Altac 400. Veil single glass. S.P. 1.8 150 degrees F, atmospheric. With 7.5 hp motor SEW Eurodrive 1750 rpm in 18 rpm output. 4 tier 4 blade pitched turbine agitator. Built 1998. (11 available). Item 11241-001.

Used Pfaudler vertical shell & tube heat exchanger approximately 13 sq ft surface area. (16) 3/4" stainless steel tubes 4' long. Carbon steel shell approx.6" diameter. Stainless steel heads. Rated 150/FV @ 400 both sides. SN R391-1952.Has 4" top inlet, (2) 2" discharge and (2) 1 1/2" on shell. Item 11219-006.

Used 1200 Gallon Stainless Steel Dimple Jacketed Reactor. Type 304 stainless steel internal rated 14.9 psi / full vacuum @ 200 degrees F. Dimple jacket rated 60 psi @ 200 degrees F. 72" Diameter X 76" straight side. Dished heads. Center bottom outlet. 5 HP Chemineer drive model 1HTNS-1 with 4 blade pitched turbine agitator. (No motor). 4 baffles. Built 1996 by TOLAN. National Board 2425. Item 11307-001.
