Vacuum capable internal. Becker mixing tools with head scrapers. Main shaft is hollow with rotary union connection for heating/cooling media, main shaft has double mechanical seals. Jacket rated 100 psi, labyrinth design on vessel drum, heads jacketed with bolt on panel coil. 150 hp TEFC motor 3 phase 460 volt 60 cycle - Faulk hydraulic drive providing 0-45 rpm. Charge port 15 1/2" ID located top center of vessel. Sampling valve 1 1/2" manually operated, capable of sampling under vacuum. Top mounted Pulse Back filter: 100 sqft pulse type T316 stainless steel dust collector, jacketed for 75 psi. Thermocouple port on back of mixer. Vent port 30" ID top of mixer. Discharge port 15 1/2" ID with pneumatically operated butterfly valve. Access port 20" with man way lid. Sight glass 6" on top of unit. *Unit has (4) Chopper ports, requires (4) 10 Hp choppers, 2 speed. Includes seal lube system for main shaft and (4) chopper seals. System includes reservoir with sight glass, circulation pump, heat exchanger, filter, flow switch, and other instrumentation including pressure and temperature gauges. Built 1989.
