Superior Boiler Works Packaged Fire Tube Boiler, Apache model 8-5-4022-S150-IC-GA2-IRI.  Constructed in 2001 in strict accordance with the ASME Code; Section I, for a design pressure of 150 PSIG. #2 Oil and Natural Gas. Boiler is a two-pass dry back design with 4022 square feet of fireside heating surface. The shell is insulated with two inches of compressed fiberglass and covered with a heavy gauge sheet steel casing. The fully modulating forced draft burner is integrally mounted, piped and wired on the boiler front allowing for ease of flame observation, set-up and maintenance. Valving trim, controls and ancillary equipment include but are not limited to the following;

-Industrial Combustion Burner; model DLG-336P
-Primary low water cut-off and feed pump control; McD&M No. 157A
-Secondary low water cut-off; Warrick probe type with manual reset
-Boiler valve trim including; feed water stop and check valving, blow down, blow-off and vent valves and safety relief valves per ASME Code
-Water column with sight glass, gauge cocks, and blow down valves, mounted on the primary low water cut-off.
-Pressure gauge with isolation valve and stack thermometer
-Boiler/Burner control center consisting of a Fireye E-100 primary flame control and detector, motor starters, relays, fuse blocks, limit switches, alarm bell, indicating lights, control circuit transformer and potentiometer with selector switch for manual/automatic firing rate adjustment.
-Automatic and manual fuel safety shut-off valves for natural gas and #2 oil.
-Steam pressure limit switches; operating pressure limit, safety limit with manual reset, low fire hold control and modulating pressure controller
-Atomizing air compressor with drive and starter, lube oil tank, inlet filter and cooler.
-Fuel pump and drive with drive, motor starter, inlet filter and relief valve, shipped loose.
-NFPA 8501 safety code requirements, IRI Insurance approvals, U.L. Labeling,
-National Board Certified
-Front and rear hinged covers allowing total access to the tubes.
