Cleaver Brooks 800 Hp Packaged Fire Tube Boiler, model CBLE200-800.  Constructed in 2001 in accordance with the ASME Code for a design pressure of 200 PSIG. #2 Oil and Natural Gas The unit is a four-pass dry back design with 3500 square feet of fireside heating surface. The shell is insulated with two inches of compressed fiberglass and covered with a heavy gauge sheet steel casing. The fully modulating forced draft burner is integrally mounted, piped and wired on the boiler front allowing for ease of flame observation, set-up and maintenance. Valve trim, controls and auxiliary equipment include;

-Low NOx Burner with integral flue gas recirculation assembly for 30 PPM NOx emissions
-Primary low water cut-off, McD&M No. 194A-7B
-Secondary low water cut-off, Warrick probe type, #C-2 with manual reset
-Boiler valve trim; feed water stop and check valves, blow down and blow-off valves, vent valve and safety valves per ASME code
-Water column with sight glass, gauge cocks, tricocks and blow down valves
-Front and rear hinged covers
-Pressure gauge with isolation valve and stack thermometer
-NEMA 4 electrical entrance box and control panel
-Boiler/Burner control center consisting of a Fireye E-110 primary flame control and detector, motor starters, relays, fuse blocks, limit switches, alarm bell, indicating lights, control circuit transformer, elapsed time meter, low fire hold control and potentiometer with selector switch for manual or automatic firing rate adjustment.
-Operating steam pressure limit switch, safety steam pressure limit switch with manual reset, low fire hold control and modulating steam pressure control.
-Rigid and seal-tite conduit and wiring
-Atomizing air compressor with lube oil tank and cooler
-Fuel pump and motor drive with relief valve, strainer and starter, shipped loose
-NFPA-8501, IRI and FM approvals, U.L. Labeling
