Used US Autojet Pressure Leaf Filter, model 300/400.  400 Square foot surface area with all contacts being sanitary stainless steel.  Filter measures 54" diameter X 6' long.  Rated for 100 psi @ 200 degrees F.  Horizontal tan and (19) 48" diameter vertical leaves on 4" spacing.  Swing away door. 35.5 cuft cake capacity. Internal sluicing with variable speed drive on the leaf pack.  Last used as a polishing filter for beer.
