Unused  2 x 4 Cup Filler for Italian Water Ices.  Fully Automatic 8 up Filling and Lidding/Capping Machine for Italian Water Ices.
A.  Stainless Steel Indexing Conveyor complete with stainless steel cup carrier plates.  Conveyor frame is constructed from 304 stainless steel tubing. Conveyor has casters for portability and leveling feet with articulating base pads. To reduce floor space the casters are mounted inward on the frame. A variable AC Motor with Camco indexing drive provides the conveyor's intermittent motion. The speed and motion is fully adjustable. Carrier plates are attached to heavy duty stainless steel double pitch roller chain with stainless steel drive sprockets.
B.  Eight Station Cup Dispenser to positively de-nest cups from the vertically mounted magazines and load the cups into the cup carriers.
C.  Eight Station Volumetric Filler mounted over the cup carriers to dispense 6oz of product into the cups.  The filler nozzles are a roll-tip design.
D.  Hopper Agitator with variable speed drive.
E.  Bottom-up cup lifter mounted under the filler nozzles.
F.  Eight Station Lid Applicator to pick and place die cut tab lids. The applicator will remove lids from the vertically mounted magazines and place the lids on the cups.
G.  Cup Removal System to eject the filled cups to take-away system.
