NEW Rotodisc Dryer IS200, all T304 Stainless Steel Construction.  With 200 sqmt (2152 sqft) of heat transfer area built to the following specs:

This Rotodisc Dryer type IS 200 is an indirect dryer of continuous operation. The basic characteristics of this dryer is the design of the rotor.  This rotor consists of a tubular structural steel or stainless steel axis, with a number of mounted discs of double wall vertically, the union weld is 100% automatic by means of process of arc submerged.  This design makes possible that until 85% of the total heat transfer surface is made in the rotor which assures a compact unit, makes a  more favorable drying process.  The rest of the heat transfer surface is located in the body of double wall (jacket and helmet), of horizontal cylindrical type stator.  In order to assure the cleaning the surfaces the Dryer takes built-in breaker bars placed between the discs. They prevent  the product from turning with the disc.  Each disc takes special agitating trowels.  During the operation, the action combined of breaker bars and the agitating trowels maintain the product in movement while it is transferred axially through the dryer.  The dryer has a system for steam feeding and unloading of the condensed one of each disc.  An efficient ventilation assures the maximum use the heat transfer surfaces.  The Rotodisc Dryer has folding covers for the access of the interior of the equipment and with windows for inspection of the process.  The Material of manufacture is structural steel ASTM A-36 (steel) or Stainless steel.  The normal pressure of work is of 90 Psig.  Built to ASME specifications. The dryer is driven with a motor of 60 KW and speed reducer. Has 2" of glass wool insulation with a stainless steel cover of 1/32".
