NEW! 4,000 Gallon Vertical Polymers Reactor.  The vessel is 96" id x 120" tl-tl. Top & bottom heads are 2:1 ellip. Included will be a 3" sch-10 HPC jacket covering 102" of the shell and 90% of the bottom head. An insulation jacket with 2" of fiberglass insulation will cover the same area. All nozzles shown in the nozzle schedule will be included, this to include 1-20" QO man way w/4" sight glass & jacket connections. Price includes, four baffles support, lift and grounding lugs. Vessel material: 316SS. All else: 304SS. Finish inside & out is mill w/all inside welds smooth &  flush. Design: 70 psig & FV @ 550 deg F for the vessel.  Jacket 175 @ 550 deg F (may require 300# flgs). The vessel will be designed for a 75 hp Lightnin or equal agitator. Support loads are vessel full of H2O x 2 as to allow for agitator and column loads. All design and fabrication will be in strict accordance with the latest edition of Sec VIII, Div I of the ASME code and stamped. Registration w/National Board.
