-Grinding Tank: having a total volume of 950 liters, constructed in 304 stainless steel lined with 1" Arclite ceramic bricks and fitted with a cooling jacket.
-Cooling Jacket: manufactured in carbon steel and suitable for an operating pressure of 10psi.
-Tank Tilt: with gear tilting assembly to facilitate shaft removal for maintenance and tank cleaning.
-Product Discharge: comprising two stainless steel metering discharge valves.
-Media Discharge Assembly.
-Agitator Shaft/Arms: Stainless steel agitator shaft with 440C stainless steel agitator arms and discs.
-Tank Cover: comprising a two piece stainless steel unit, non jacketed and with MECO shaft seal for dust control.
-Gear Reducer: Cone drive.
-Drive: 125hp two speed explosion proof 400v/3ph/50Hz motor with 40% starting torque.
-Torque Sensor Assembly: including torque sensor and conditioner/indicator, barriers and cable to provide an intrinsically safe system.
-Starter and Push Buttons: IEC starter and push buttons in NEMA 7 enclosure, completely wired.
-V Belts and Sheaves: connecting motor to reducer.
-Ammeter: included and wired.
And loaded with 2750kg of grinding media comprising ¼" stainless steel balls resulting in a total operating weight of 9000kg.
