Ultra Filtration [UF] is a leading-edge technology for treating wastewater into your process or safely discharging while meeting all of your companies regulatory requirements. This economical systems offers simple continuous operation with minimum operator involvement.

The Ultra-Pure 500 System employs spiral ultra filtration membrane technology to separate water from suspended solids and emulsified oils, to reduce waste by as much as 98 percent without the use of chemical additives and dramatically reduces waste-disposal cost.

Spiral membranes are the future to UF technology. The membranes are driven by relatively low pressure [less than 100 psi] developed by a stainless steel circulation pump. The membrane pores are typically less than .005 micron and provide a barrier against larger molecular weight components in the stream, like oil and suspended solids, preventing them from passing through to be discharged.

The Ultra-Pure 500 system is shipped pre-piped and pre-wired for easy installation. Casters permit complete mobility to any location at the customers facility and can be easily removed if not needed. Optional accessories are also available for this system, additional membranes to increase daily permeate output, and 500 or 1000 gallon process tanks.
