Used Delaval Centrifuge, model NX 314-31G.  All stainless steel wetted parts being sanitary.  The unit is equipped with a 30 hp V belt main motor drive, 5 hp variable speed drive, the bowl measures 14" diameter X 34" long, and is rated for 4000 rpm.  It is unitized on base, was last running a tomato product, and is in excellent condition.
