Used Mueller 400 Gallon Stainless Steel Kettle, model F.   Type 304 Stainless Steel.  48" diameter X 48" straight side, dished top and bottom heads.  Stainless steel dimple jacket rated 90 psi at 150° F. 1.5" diameter shaft with an anchor style agitator approximately 36" up side wall, driven by a 3/1.5 hp 460 volt 1765/865 rpm motor through a gear reducer, ratio 68:1. Top mounted Ross emulsifier mixer, model 130VE, 30 hp 230/460 volt, 1760 rpm motor.
