Used Westfalia MTB-50-03-024 Solid Bowl Separator.  Type 316 stainless steel wetted parts.  Whey mill separator.  Can be used for oil.  Heavy phase pumped - Light phase gravity discharge. Maximum bowl speed is 6180 rpm.  Built 1984.  9 kW 3 phase 60 cycle 480 volt motor.  Motor shaft has a friction clutch on it.
