Unused / New 6500 Gallon Vertical HPC Jacketed Reactor.  The vessel is 108" OD X 150" tl-tl. Top and bottom heads are ASME 2:1 elliptical.  Type 316 stainless steel vessel rated 100 psig & Full vacuum at 400°F.  Type 304L stainless steel 3"  schedule 10 half pipe coil jacket rated 150 psi at 400°F. 1-24" man way, 1-12", 1-8", 2-4" sight/light ports, 2-3" spares and 4-3" jacket connections.  All design and fabrication will be in strict accordance with Section VIII Div I of the ASME code and stamped.  Finish inside and out: mill with all welds cleaned of spatter and discoloration.  Includes four baffles, vortex breaker, insulation rings, lift and grounding lugs.  3 Legs.
